ANNE W. DIAZ-VERSON, ESQ. is a member of The Florida Bar and maintains a boutique concierge legal practice for local, national, and international clients. She has a reputation for being a zealous advocate for her clients, which include individuals, families, professionals, and businesses. Anne has over 20 years of experience helping clients in almost every industry. She strives to resolve issues for clients discreetly, quietly, and efficiently.
For client convenience, Anne does not use the billable hour form of payment. Instead, she charges a flat fee based on the complexity of the matter. She will advise in-person, by phone, or virtually. For some matters, she will travel to clients’ preferred location for their convenience.
Anne is a member in good standing of The Florida Bar and is admitted to the federal courts of Florida. Many local, regional, and national publications have recognized her as a community leader, advocate, and advisor to people locally and nationally. Barrons featured her for her work during the national foreclosure crisis. During Hurricanes Milton and Helene, Anne donated hundreds of hours to clients throughout the State of Florida. She also spent four years on local television taking calls from the public.
Anne graduated from Stetson University College of Law and served on its Board of Overseers shortly after graduation in 2003. She also has served on the Campus Board for University of South Florida, Sarasota/Manatee; The Boys and Girls Club; Josh Provides Epilepsy Assistance Foundation, National Alliance of Mental Illness, Sarasota/Manatee; and attended non-profit classes at the Gulf Coast Community Foundation and The Patterson Foundation.
